Darrin LeBrun is the owner of Streetland LLC. He has been appraising and acquiring real estate for government agencies since 1996. Projects managed include appraisal and full-service real estate acquisition for local public agencies (LPA), Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Bureau of Aeronautics (BOA), and WisDOT Bureau of Highway Real Estate (BHRE). Streetland LLC has completed work on over 200 parcels, including 69 appraisals for partial acquisitions in rural Rock County and 24 appraisals for residential relocations in Green Bay.
Prior to Streetland LLC, Darrin was the lead appraisal consultant and project manager for USH 10, Marshfield to Stevens Point; USH 12, IH-90/94 to STH 33; USH 41, Oconto to Peshtigo; USH 41 Oconto and Peshtigo Bypasses, STH 96 Reconstruction, Village of Little Chute; STH 26, N. County Line to Rosendale; and USH 53, Livingston Street to West George Street, City of La Crosse.
